Adelaide Expands AU University With Two New Courses Focused on Pitching and Privacy

Adelaide’s AU University has educated hundreds of digital media professionals on the nuances of attention metrics. Since its debut in November, the program has successfully graduated nearly 450 students from over 25 countries and 35 media agencies, including participants from all major holding companies. Total enrollment reflects participation from a diverse mix of more than 100 companies, from brands and agencies to publishers and programmatic partners.

1. How to Sell AU: Positioning & Pitching

Specifically tailored for sales teams at partner organizations, this course aims to sharpen their skills in communicating the value of Adelaide’s AU attention metric. The curriculum covers the rising adoption of attention metrics and arms graduates with strategies to win more business with attention metrics. 

The course features several “AU experts,” including Ed Bristow, EMEA Commercial Director; Sam Gonzalez-Freedson, Publisher Development & Success Manager; and Zach Kubin, Co-Founder and VP of Sales at Adelaide. Together they equip participants with the tools to effectively position and pitch AU to prospective clients, helping sellers recommend optimal AU strategies for improved advertising performance.

2. The Role of Attention Metrics in a Privacy-First World

Amid tightening privacy regulations and the phase-out of third-party cookies, this course is crucial for anyone looking to maintain effective targeting practices while navigating the evolving measurement landscape. Led by Adelaide Co-Founder and VP of Product Perry Papadopoulos, it offers a timely exploration of how attention metrics can serve as a consumer-friendly targeting solution for marketers. 

Graduates of these courses will receive an official LinkedIn certification to showcase their skills.
